What a great way to kick off todays show with REO Speedwagon’s song “Roll With The Changes” a song that is a rock anthem about embracing life’s inevitable transformations and moving forward with resilience. That is the power of music and we just can’t get enough of it. This show is my mental health therapy where we listen non judgmentally. I wish to think of myself as a simple man just like the Lynyrd Skynyrd song because i have such fond memories of my grandmother Violet and sitting in her kitchen having tea and “pantry” cookies which is a flat molasses cookie which todays standard just does not measure up, but the main theme was just her giving me guidance as a very young man. My love for Granny is to large to actually put it into words and i miss her daily. In fact i miss her so much that i had to try and bring her words and guidance back to life.
