Just playing songs with upbeat messages about resilience, and just how songs can say so much about it. Personal experiences are by far the most true reasons why music can and is a guidance for these emotion’s. I have no idea where i would personally be had I not discovered music at a young age. Growing up in my house as a young man was by far the worst experience i have ever endured. Talk about stunting someone’s growth, do parents know the damage they are doing when the mistreat a child? When you sexual abuse, mentally abuse, physically abuse and emotionally abuse a child a question comes to mind…Why? What do you gain from That? Why do you do that? As you can see there are many. Music has always been there and it speaks to me like nothing else, today we are playing some of those songs/artists.
