Welcome to our second show of the week, we are heading into new territory for me starting on Saturday. Life will be in retirement mode starting then. The long ride then the quiet place. Or at least HOPEFULLY! There is a bit of butterflies already starting as i get thing organized and ready to move on into the vast blue unknown. What awaits me…who knows. I look at the featured artist of today show, Alicia Keys started writing her own songs at the age of 12, was a classic pianist and recorded her first album at the age of 15, truly remarkable. The Moody Blues has had a very long illustrious career and our friends from the Kootenay’s McCquaig have been touring all over western Canada and entertaining crowds of people, i mean how many other bands etc. can incorporate bagpipes in rock and roll music. Quite an accomplishments for all 3 of them, just goes to show music is all about listening and trying new stuff.
