The world lost an icon today, Dolly Parton lost her brief battle with Cancer and some other health related illness, she was 80 years young and lost he battle in Nashville this am. What can you say about her that isn’t about her kindness, her immense talent and he bubbly persona that she presented through these many years. As a young man i fell in love with her voice, and he spirit. Yes she was beautiful, yes she was a sexy woman but most importantly was she was genuine. I never once thought of her as fake or arrogant as she always was polite and happy. She gave with so much generosity even after the love of her life died last year, she was there with him until the very end. I wish there was more people like her in this world, it might be a better place to live? R.I.P. Dolly Parton and thanks for all the great music and heart felt moments.
